Woodworking Elective

This year we offered an elective in woodworking.
Mr. Luchies and Mr. VanGilst led a group of 4 students, teaching them woodworking skills and helped them create a table.
Here are some of their thoughts about what they learned:
- I like my elective because I like to build things.
- Some skills that I need to work on are sanding and cutting.
- I like to learn how to build stuff out of wood.
- We finished the table. It looks amazing!
A huge thank you to Mr. Luchies and Mr. VanGilst for taking the time to teach this group of students how to build something that they are proud of.
